First-year MBA students went on an industry visit to Decathlon – Marketing Division, where Mrs. Ninu, the marketing manager, explained the decathlon's marketing strategies.

The main aim of an industrial visit is to provide exposure to students to practice working environments. They also provide students a good opportunity to gain full awareness about industrial practices. Through industrial visit, students get awareness about new technologies.

Industrial visits provide the students with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods, and employment practices. It gives the students an exposure to current work practices as opposed to theoretical knowledge being taught at their college classrooms.
